Highland St. Joseph's Hospital on Schedule - April, 2013 Located at North Poplar Street and Troxler Avenue near the Highland High School, the mulit-million dollar project is 90 percent complete. Two Leadership Council members, Korte Luitjohan and McCarthy Building Companies are partnering to complete the project.
Construction Leadership Institute 2013 - March, 2013 Chris Robards has successfully completed the 2013 Construction Leadership Institute at SIUE. Chris has now joined three other Korte and Luitjohan members as graduates of the SIUE Construction Leadership Institute.
Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Dedicated - January, 2013 The Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Columbia, IL held a dedication ceremony on Sunday, January 27th. Korte & Luitjohan was proud to build the new church for such a strong parish and community.

New LEED Green Associate - June, 2012 Chris Robards, Assistant Project Manager at Korte & Luitjohan Contractors, Inc., located in Highland, Illinois, recently earned his LEED Green Associate accreditation by passing the professional examination through the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).

UMB Bank of Collinsville, IL - September, 2011
Korte & Luitjohan Contractors, Inc. finishes the UMB Bank of Collinsville, Illinois. The already compressed construction schedule had to be reduced by an additional three weeks for IDOT. K&L met the challenge by meeting the new completion date of the LEED Silver project.
Lake Shelbyville Visitor's Center - Sring, 2011 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Lake Shelbyville moved into the new Administration/Visitor's Center building in December, 2010. Korte & Luitjohan Contractors, Inc. was proud to be apart of this LEED Silver project, which features some of the finest visual construction on Lake Shelbyville.
